Built for how your business actually runs

We start with what your team still does by hand, and finish with software that does it instead.

Six disciplines, one team

  1. AI systems and agents

Assistants that answer your customers, and custom AI doing the work behind them: reading documents, scoring leads, forecasting demand, answering from your own knowledge. We build with the current generation of models rather than around a single vendor.

Most of this work starts from a process you already run by hand. We map it, decide what a model is genuinely better at than a plain rule, and put a person back in the loop wherever being wrong is expensive. The model is a component, not the product.

    • Conversational agents and assistants
    • Retrieval and reasoning over your own documents
    • Forecasting, scoring and analysis
    • Wired into the tools you already use
  2. Computer vision

Software that reads what a camera or a scanner sees: an ID turned into structured fields, stock counted on a shelf, a defect caught on the line before it ships.

A camera or a scan is just another input. The work is in the unglamorous parts around it: the lighting, the edge cases, and the threshold at which the system stops guessing and asks a human instead. We ship the review screen along with the model.

    • Document and ID extraction
    • Detection, counting and tracking
    • Quality and safety inspection
  3. Websites and web apps

Marketing sites, portals and full web applications that are fast, accessible, and built to be found.

Built on Next.js and deployed where it stays fast. Pages are rendered on the server, so search engines and social cards see the real thing rather than an empty shell, and the whole site is written once for every language it speaks, right to left included.

    • Responsive and accessible
    • Built for search from day one
    • Arabic, English and Spanish
  4. Management systems and CRM

The internal software your team lives in: customer records, pipelines, inventory, bookings, approvals, shaped around how you actually work rather than around a template.

We start from the spreadsheet or the routine your team already has, because that is the process. What changes is that it stops living in one person's file: roles, history and permissions, with the reports coming out of the same place the work goes in.

    • Custom CRM and pipelines
    • Roles, permissions and audit trails
    • Replaces the spreadsheet, not your process
  5. Automation and integrations

Connecting the systems you already pay for, and deleting the manual steps between them.

Most of the tools are already paid for and already hold the data. The work is the wiring between them, and the parts nobody writes down: what happens when a message fails, what gets retried, and what raises a hand for a human.

    • WhatsApp, email and messaging
    • Payments, sheets and existing tools
    • Scheduled and event-driven jobs
  6. Data and dashboards

The numbers in one place, so decisions stop depending on who exported which file.

One place the numbers come from, defined once so that two dashboards cannot disagree. Live where it has to be live, scheduled where a daily figure is honest enough, and an alert when something moves far enough to matter.

    • One source of truth
    • Live dashboards and reports
    • Alerts when something moves

Industries We Serve

Real estate

Enquiries answered and qualified the moment they arrive, and a complete record waiting for the sales team.

Hospitality and restaurants

Bookings, menus and guest questions handled on the channels guests already use, in their own language.

Clinics and healthcare

Appointment booking, reminders and routine questions, without adding front desk headcount.

Retail and e-commerce

Product questions, order status and stock levels, joined to the systems that actually hold the answers.

Logistics and distribution

Orders, inventory and delivery status in one system instead of five spreadsheets and a group chat.

Professional services

Intake, proposals and client records shaped around how your practice works rather than around a template.

How we work

01

We map the problem

A short discovery: what your team does by hand, where the time goes, and which systems already hold the data. You get a written plan with scope and a fixed price before anything is built.

02

We build in the open

Working software early and often, on a staging environment you can use yourself. You review real screens rather than mockups, so priorities can still change while changing them is cheap.

03

We keep it running

Deployment, monitoring and iteration. Software is not finished when it ships — and the AI parts in particular get better once real conversations and real data start flowing through them.
